KAREN REDDEN

As one of the founding partners of RE/MAX NorthWest Realty, Karen’s focus is on ensuring that the day-to-day operations are running smoothly. She is passionate about both the team and our clients. She believes that a motivating, enjoyable and exciting work environment is important as it enables staff to do their best work in looking after clients and being able go home at the end of the day feeling fulfilled and satisfied.

Karen’s family were original settlers in the Kenora area and as such have deep roots in the community. Growing up in the family business, Redden’s Camp in Kenora, Karen quickly learned all about entrepreneurship, customer care and how to operate a company of your own. She opened her first business, an Herbal Magic franchise at the age of 23 where she continued her education in sales, marketing and business as she expanded across the United States.

Karen brings this extensive knowledge, expertise, and drive into real estate and RE/MAX NorthWest Realty. She began selling both residential and commercial properties, in partnership with her husband, about 20 years ago and has never looked back.

It’s her hardworking attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that allows RE/MAX NorthWest Realty to excel and ensure that our clients are well taken care of and have a first-rate experience with their real estate ventures.

Karen has received many awards of excellence for both leadership and customer service and it is her desire to inspire and develop others that makes her an impactful leader. Karen has played an integral part, along with her team, in building NorthWest Realty into what it is today.

When she’s not working, Karen is with her family, usually out on the boat fishing and taking in some peaceful and relaxing lake time.
